Orders are usually processed in less than 1 business day. We ship from the EU (Sofia, Bulgaria).

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:

• USA: All duties and taxes are included in the price.
  
• Canada & UK: Import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the customer upon delivery or online before delivery.

SHIPPING:

• Europe / UK: Standard shipping via UPS, delivery in 2–4 business days.
  
• USA / Canada / Australia / Rest of the world: Standard shipping via UPS, delivery in 3–5 business days.
  
• Other countries: Delivery time depends on your location, but usually no more than 8 business days.
  

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Available at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required for all returns. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition for reasons not caused by our error.
  
• The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
