Flowers have always carried meaning.

For the first floral artworks at Gito Art, the inspiration was not simply their beauty. Flowers offered a natural language for exploring emotion, memory, transformation, and the passage of time - themes that have connected art and people for centuries.

By combining delicate floral forms with the rich textures and traces of buon fresco, the artworks began to tell a different kind of story. A flower could represent beauty, but also fragility. A bloom could suggest growth and renewal, while a faded petal could remind us that nothing remains unchanged.

This contrast became central to the first floral series: something familiar, reimagined through an unexpected medium.

The flowers were not chosen just to decorate a composition. They became symbols - quiet details carrying a deeper message, while the fresco textures connected them to history and the passage of time.

The result was a collection that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Why flowers? Because sometimes the simplest forms can hold the most meaningful stories.
